The Man Who Walks Alone. An Alan Watts Teaching.

I came across this video a few weeks before Vocal Booth Weekender. It planted a seed to discuss the contents, or at least draw reference to them, in the Farewell Programme. In the end, I decided against it.

I share the video from Alan Watts here for anyone who is remotely interested in how and why my mindset changed over recent times and I also share it in the hope it resonates with others.

The Let Them Theory & E-Colours; Living with Intention.

Complimentary Workshop for all holders of a Premium Report.

The “Let Them” theory, popularised by Mel Robbins, suggests that we should allow people to act as they choose without trying to control or change them. This mindset fosters self-awareness by helping us detach from the need for external validation and focus on our own reactions and boundaries. In relationships, it encourages emotional resilience and acceptance, reducing frustration and conflict. By embracing the idea that others’ actions reflect their own choices rather than how they view us, we help find inner peace, create better relationships with everyone around us, and a stronger sense of personal worth.

The Let Them theory aligns well with the E-Colours framework, as it helps to identify different personality styles, which enables people to better understand themselves and others. It leads to a heightened awareness that we do not all think and act the same and that we all have different communication styles and behavioural tendencies. By understanding both concepts together, and ‘living with intention’, we can not only enhance self-awareness but vastly improve relationships with all those around us.

For example, if a Red-dominant person is highly assertive and takes charge, instead of resisting or trying to change them, we can “let them” be themselves while setting our own boundaries. A Yellow personality thrives on social interactions, and rather than feeling overwhelmed, we can recognise their need for connection and respond accordingly. Blue personalities prioritise emotions, so allowing them to express their feelings without judgment fosters deeper relationships. Meanwhile, Greens value logic and analysis, and instead of expecting them to be overly expressive, we can appreciate their structured approach.

By applying the Let Them theory with E-Colours, we develop empathy, reduce unnecessary conflicts, and create space for authentic interactions while maintaining our own sense of self. This fun and challenging session will bring all this into focus and could possibly be that starting point for the change of direction in life you have been searching for.

The Momentum Behind Inspire & Be Inspired (IABI)

I’ve been using the tag line “Inspire & Be Inspired” for well over 16/17 years now.

Ever since reading Napoleon Hill’s ‘Think & Grow Rich’ I have been on a constant journey of self-development. My journey will be different to other people’s. I was not motivated by financial success and focused mainly on bringing up a happy family. Things are different now. There is a new energy and a new purpose to my world, now that the kids are grown and I am older & wiser. I love having you along with me on this journey. Thanks to the work I am doing with Mark Wilkinson as one of his Life Coaching Clients, I have been able to shake off the grief of losing close friends and family that held me back. Along with the unwavering support of Michelle we have been able to ‘level up’ in so many ways and continue to do so on a daily basis. Part of this levelling up is to share positive words every day on my FB and IG walls via short REELS.

I could go on and on… I’ll simply thank you again for being here with me.

Do you feel misunderstood more often than you’d like?

My first official E-Colours Workshop was a great success and I am ready to come again, with another opportunity for you to get involved.

I don’t say this lightly… I truly believe that E-Colours is a way of life.

After discovering more about my personality, by highlighting my strengths but more importantly discovering how I can create problems for myself (potential limiters) I have become so much more aware of my behaviour and now live every day with intention. You may have noticed this shift in my energy and attitude over the last few years… well E-Colours is a major driving force behind that.

Sunday 24th March, 4pm – Is It Me: Complimentary Zoom Workshop

In this next workshop, using the wonders of E-Colours, we will take a look at our personality types (did you know there are 12 different personality combinations) and see how we communicate with others. We’ll also look closer at why our way of doing things may not have the desired outcome, leading to misunderstanding and conflict. I’ll provide you with a few simple steps to overcome this and help you change your working and social relationships for the better.

The more eagle-eyed amongst you will notice that this day and time conflicts with my radio show. This is because I know so many of you are free at this time of the week and I’d love your involvement. This is a completely complimentary workshop for all members of my mailing list.

CHANGING LIVES

I have over 800 people signed up this mailing list. Only 65 of you are members of Access. Maybe I’ve not done a very good job of explaining what it is?

Can you afford £10 a month?

Access is a giving initiative. Each month, members give £10 and expect nothing in return. The money all goes to good causes. It’s a great feeling. I totally appreciate not every has the same outlook as me and I completely understand that many people simply cannot afford to be involved. However, if you can afford it… why aren’t you in on it ? Ask yourself that.

In 2024 we are, amongst many other things, collaborating with ‘Last Night a DJ Saved My Life’, providing a well to give clean drinking water to a community in Africa or India for 10 years. It will be personalised with a plaque that includes all our names. What a legacy! This is just the beginning. Click here for full details on ‘Have a Drink on Us’

Thank you again for your time and your energy. I am ONLY about community and if you’re one of the crew who have read this far, please take a moment to drop me a reply. It makes me happy.

Why E-Colours Could Be For You

If you’re reading this, the chances are because of a link you’ve been sent by myself or a friend.

“Why?” I hear you ask. Well, read on.

A few years ago, during lockdown, I remember being particularly frustrated at some d*ckhead or situation online. Enter Mark Wilkinson, Life Coach extraordinaire, who reached out to me and suggested I get involved with an online personality-awareness course he was holding. Long story short, that interaction completely changed the course of my life (and that is no exaggeration) and if you’re remotely interested I’ll tell you how, in a second.

Why you’re here

If you found your own way here, fair play, however if you have been sent here then it’s more than likely because you’ll relate to some things in this list:

  • You’re having relationship problems
  • You feel misunderstood a lot of the time
  • You struggle to be heard
  • People bring you all your problems
  • You feel you have a lot of haters
  • You hate on a lot of people
  • You wish you were more proactive
  • You wish you weren’t so busy
  • You wish you were busier
  • Your life needs to change but you don’t know where to begin
  • You need more money
  • You drink too much
  • You eat too much

and so on…

OR… I sent you the link because I feel you are in a GOOD PLACE in life and want to join me on this journey!

How E-Colours Changed My Life

I was sceptical at first. I thought Mark was trying to sell me something, when in fact he was simply reaching out to offer help, the same way I have reached out to you. If you want to know what happened after that initial encounter, you can begin to read about it here.

Take a look at the rest of the site, subscribe to the mailing list and drop me a message if you want to discuss any of this further.
